We serve because we follow in the footsteps of Jesus, who came to serve, not to be served. We have so many opportunities to serve our immediate community year-round, but what we love is being able to have a large majority of our congregation serving together on a weekly basis. At Revolution Church, we don’t have “volunteers.” Volunteerism can often create entitlement and a sense of “every man for himself.” So we created “Serve Teams.” When you are serving others, it is impossible to act in selfishness, and serving in teams creates community and accountability, which we believe moves the heart of God. He loves to see His body working and moving together!
